Reschedule, Cancelations, and No-Shows
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the provider within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to notify the provider, you will be charged the full session fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late with no communication or a no-show to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
